At Trinity Living Center we support the health, nutritional, social, and daily living needs of older adults and young adults with disabilities, so they can continue to live safely in their homes and communities for as long as possible.
The activities and programs offered to our participants at Trinity Living Center aim to keep both the mind and body sharp.
Nearly one in four North Carolinians is providing care for someone aged 60 or older. And nearly half of those are caring for someone who has some degree of dementia. Many of these caregivers are stretched to the breaking point and need some support.
Trinity Living Center has entered into a new partnership with St. John’s Lutheran Church in Salisbury to open a half-day group respite program — the first in the community — called Trinity Living at St. John’s.
Like Trinity Living Center, Trinity Living at St. John’s will offer caregivers respite while giving their loved ones companionship and activities to enjoy. The program will be housed in what is known as “The Pit” – the lower level of St. John’s Faith Center, located at 200 W. Innes Street (the North Jackson Street entrance).
