Companion Care ($18/hr)

  • Caring companionship and conversation
  • Light housekeeping
  • Medication reminders
  • Help with hobbies and other interests
  • Bedside companion in an assisted living, nursing home, or hospital setting
  • Preparation of healthy meals
  • Wardrobe selection for the day
  • Laundry and ironing
  • Respite care

Personal Care ($20/hr)

  • Includes all Companion Care services
  • Transportation to appoints
  • Mobility and transfer assistance
  • Assistance with bath or shower
  • Assistance with personal hygiene
  • Help running errands
  • Incontinence care
  • Pet care

Additional Services

  • Personal Care Plus ($22/hr): services provide clients a CNA II (Certified Nursing Assistant II). This rate applies to those who need specialized care as determined by our Registered Nurse and North Carolina State regulations. For information about our our health care services, click here.
  • Overnight Care ($17/hour):  services provide care to clients who need assistance up to twice a shift. Clients can have up to 10 hours/night of overnight care.
  • 24/7 Care ($17/hour) - (round-the–clock) care can be provided for a minimum of one week. This is available for companion or personal care clients.
  • Wellness Visits ($18/visit)

Exceptions and additions to the above fee schedule

  • All services provided on holidays (New Year’s Even, New Year’s Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day) are billed at time and a half the regular rate.
  • Transportation needs that require a caregiver to use his or her own vehicle will incur a fee of $.60 per mile.
  • A Short Notice fee of $50 per occurrence will be charged when service is requested with less than 48-hour notification.
  • The client will be charged in full for any shift that the client cancels with less than 48-hour notification (with the exception of hospitalization or death).

Trinity at Home offers different levels of care services at reasonable hourly rates.
